Mental Health Services

Mental Health Services (MHS) is a concentrated outpatient service for adults and children with serious mental illness (e.g., Bi-polar, ADHD, ADD, etc.) and children with emotional/behavioral disorders (e.g., Acting out against self or others, Low Self-Worth, Depression, etc.). These services are home and community based and are provided on an as need basis to assist recipients in coping with the symptoms of their illness.

Life Changing Solutions, LLC has a firm commitment to meet the mental health needs of mentally ill children and/or adults to increase their functioning level in the community and prevent or limit inpatient hospitalization.

Treatment Provided

To adults and children ages 5 and up, who are diagnosed with a mental illness or emotional disturbance and an impaired level of functioning based on a mental health assessment.

Duration of Services

Typically 5 to 6 months, but treatment plans will vary in intensity of services and frequency and duration of services based on the needs of the patient.

  • Court Recommended treatment from a Juvenile Court 
  • Judge Office of Juvenile Justice 
  • Probation or Parole Officer 
  • Office of Community Services 
  • Law Enforcement Agency 
  • Mental Health Professionals 
  • School System Professionals 
  • Self Referral
