Juanice Moses, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Juanice Moses is dedicated career woman and entrepreneur. She received her MBA in 2013 and has since served as the Chief Operating Officer for Life Changing Solutions. Well-known for honest and professional business practices, Juanice has been very influential in the growth of Life Changing Solutions.
Although business drives Juanice, social services grounds her. Her genuine compassion for the behavioral health field pushes her to find business practices that allow the best services to be provided to the people who need them.
She is pleased that many of her accomplishments have been with Life Changing Solutions. She feels honored to have started numerous behavioral health programs that have brought jobs to many individuals in Louisiana and Georgia. She also, prides herself on being a COO with a purpose not just a title. She makes a point to meet the people that receive services with Life Changing Solutions as well as all 150 plus staff members.
Tawana C. Beaudion, MSW, MBA
Chief Financial Officer
Tawana is currently the Chief Financial Officer and has been with the company in some capacity since 2009. Tawana is passionate about the needs and wellbeing of children as well as balancing the budget! By making an industry leap from Social Work to Business, Tawana found the perfect fit at Life Changing Solutions to blend her passion with a commitment to successful budget management and treasury needs. Tawana’s educational background includes, a MBA from the University of Phoenix, a MSW in Social Work from Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana and a BSW in Social Work from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Louisiana. Tawana is a native of Shreveport, Louisiana and is very family oriented and loves spending quality time with her husband and two beautiful daughters and seeking new adventures together as a family.
A native of Bogalusa, Louisiana Nakeisha moved to Lafayette to attend (USL) The University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1993. Nakeisha graduated from The University of Southwestern Louisiana in 1999 and went on to obtain a Master’s Degree in Guidance Education from Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi May 2004. Nakeisha pursued the counseling credential and was awarded an LPC license in February 2011.
Community activities include programs such as The National Association of University Women, Faith House Board of Directors, Komen Acadian, Friends of Youth, Family Violence Intervention and Prevention Board, and Presently and a mentor for University of Louisiana at Lafayette Women’s basketball team. Nakeisha also serves on the Louisiana Professional Counselors Board of Examiners.
Program Director at Life Changing Solutions in the Functional Family Therapy Program. Provides clinical supervision to MHS and MHP’s with Mental Health Services. Previously worked as a therapist in Multi-Systemic Therapy with Life Changing Solutions.
Ebony Green, MA
MHS Program Administrator
Ebony Green, MEd started her career with Life Changing Solutions in August of 2009. She is the Program Administrator for the Mental Health services Program in both Alexandria and Lafayette locations.
Ebony received her Bachelors Degree from Northwestern State University and later obtained a Masters Degree in Education, specializing in family and community services. She is also a proud veteran of the United States Army.
Ebony is a devoted wife and mother of two daughters and one son. She prides herself in serving others and supporting her community. She enjoys traveling, shopping and spending time with her family.
